This place is very clean and trust me it's the place where you do not want to get your teeth fixed they have surprise prices the doctor charge me for unnecessary stuff make sure you ask what the Coatings mean because they charge for unnecessary stuff

THIS OFFICE IS AMAZING, Let me start by saying that i have the worst dental anxiety ever, Hoon literally saved my tooth after 2 dentists wanted to yank it. i know the tooth was bad but Hoon did his thing. he saved my front tooth and i am so thankful for his patience with me, i am a huge baby. the girls in there are awesome as well. they hooked me up and saved me smile. they are the bomb! i didnt feel a thing! Hoon is so dope. he got straight to it literally lols

They have a nice facility. However, beware of billing mistakes. I declined to have them retreat a root canal because they insisted on doing a CT scan that they were going to charge me out of pocket for. Later on, I contacted my insurance company and found out that they actually do cover a CT scan, so I shouldn’t have been told it would be an out of pocket cost. Seems pretty shady that they tried to bill me for something that was actually covered under my policy. They could have called my insurance company ahead of time to verify that the procedure was covered. I’m glad I said no and left.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and on top of it I needed a root canal. I came to RootVision, and they were AMAZING!!!!!! MY root canal did NOT HURT ! The office is beautiful and most importantly the entire staff, was amazing. They were so kind and patient with me. I 100% recommend this place! Thank you Dr. Sagong, thank you Michelle, and thank you Marc for your amazing customer service !

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. They charged me $254 for an unnecessary 3D x-ray, which felt like a total rip-off. On top of that, there were additional charges amounting to $400 for services that were not properly explained. I felt like I was charged for things I didn't need, and the lack of transparency was frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic to others.
